Wine Description
The white classic from Kirchknopf. Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Neuburger, and Sauvignon Blanc are harvested together and vinified as a “Gemischter Satz”—a traditional method deeply rooted in the Pannonian region. Each grape variety contributes its own strengths: delicate fruit, elegant spice, lively freshness, and a characteristic minerality. A first-class wine for the patio and many cozy hours.
Tasting Notes
A delicate, lively nose. Elegant, crisp fruit notes of yellow apple, a hint of quince, intense tropical fruit, and mandarin. Refreshing acidity on the palate, very harmonious and complex, yet full-bodied. Fruity and delicately spicy on the finish.
Food Pairing
Light appetizers, antipasti, salads, grilled fish, white meat.
