Wine Description

To get as close as possible to the characteristic taste of non-alcoholic beverages, classic wines are used as the basis. The alcohol is then extracted from these wines using an induced vacuum. The advantage of this process is that the wine aroma is particularly well preserved due to the short time and low temperature at which the process takes place. Afterwards a special method called FlavoLogic helps us the win back the important wine flavors. As a result, the familiar wine flavor is better accentuated in alcohol-free variants. The designation "alcohol-free" requires an extremely low alcohol content, similar to that in unfermented fruit juices - in the case of dealcoholized wines, this is usually a minimal residual alcohol content of around 0.4% by volume.
