Wine Description
Delicate floral notes on the nose, with lime zest, green apricot, and peach, supported by ripe citrus and a hint of gooseberry. Juicy and precise on the palate, with nuances of apricot confit, grapefruit, and subtle mineral undertones. Taut, elegant, and well-defined, with fine mousse and excellent drive.
Food Pairing
A versatile companion at the table, pairing especially well with traditional Austrian cuisine. Also well suited to fish and seafood, poultry, or refined starters – balanced, adaptable, and always harmonious.
