2019 started out with a dry winter, followed by a relatively warm spring. The cool and very wet May delayed vegetation but ensured water reserves for the hot and dry June, July and August. Harvest started at the beginning of September.

Firestarter - Zweigelt ZORRA - Can’t start a fire without a spark. We set the trail blazing to burn down the thicket of conventional Rosé and walk new lines. Rosé without candy. Directly pressed, unmasked. Between white and red is where the fire burns.
